Head of JavaScript Recruitment

Leo joined our Golang team in 2019 before making a transition to head up our JavaScript recruitment team in 2024.

He helps clients find the best available talent within their requirements giving advice on job specifications and salary levels, while sourcing talent using our extensive database, LinkedIn, referrals, and much more. Leo does all the heavy lifting for clients, including shortlisting candidates, advising on the interview process, managing offers and helping candidates find roles, and supporting them through the interview and offer negotiation processes. 

His favourite thing about the job is the autonomy he is given and the freedom to control his career.

A little known fact about Leo is that he used to have an African Grey Parrot!
