Senior Java Developer - Global FX Trading Solutions
Salary - up to £130k + bonus
Location - flexible 2 days in London per week
Our long-term partner are on the hunt for a Senior Java Developer with commercial experience developing in Java and working in the FX market on trading systems. You will be working for a modern, innovative FinTech who have built the best-in-class products that are used globally to power the finance community by creating software that meets the ever-changing needs of their clients and partners.
Attributes to make you a great Senior Java Developer:
- Someone who can work in a fast-paced, financial environment
- Have sell side trading experience and have built trading systems
- Backend experience using Core Java with multithreading, concurrency and low latency
- You regularly think outside the box to come up with unique solutions
- The ability to work autonomously and be keen to learn
You will also be excellent at improving the speed, scalability and low-latency of their current trading platform, in addition to building new features, using SQL, Linux, Unix and Kafka.
