We are seeking a highly experienced Quant Researcher to join a well-funded and rapidly growing algorithmic trading company. As a senior member of our dedicated team, you will have full ownership of designing and developing low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. Your role will involve optimizing execution algorithms, analyzing tick data, and collaborating with researchers on challenging problems. Ideal candidate will have:
- Highly experienced in Python programming
- Strong research background within equities / digital assets or other asset classes
- Have a Computer Science or relevant degree
- Have experience working at a small scale trading company previously
- Strong engineering instincts and deep understanding of Python language fundamentals
- Commitment to clean code, well-architected systems, and continuous improvement
