We're seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team in San Francisco, working on AI-powered hiring platforms that help companies find the right talent faster and more effectively. As a Python Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and scaling the infrastructure behind our AI-driven hiring platforms. You'll work closely with a high-performing technical team to refine real-time data processing, LLM-powered applications, and payments infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability in a fast-growing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain backend systems for AI-powered hiring platforms.
- Optimize database performance, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build scalable payments and authentication systems for a high-volume platform.
- Work on LLM-powered applications that enhance the hiring experience.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, highly technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.
