I am currently searching for Process and Industrialization Engineers to act as the bridge between R&D and Production at one of the world's leading flavours and fragrance companies.
They have been going for over 100 years and during this time, have developed flavours and fragrances for some of the world's most successful manufacturers of foods, beverages, fine fragrances, home and personal care products.
They are looking for process and industrialization engineers to help across multiple areas such as working in the R&D laboratory to develop innovative processes (emulsification and dispersion processes, polymerization processes, polymer modification, etc.) and scaling processes from the laboratory to pilot scale, then to industrial scale of 1000+L.
