Machine Learning Technical Account Manager

Remote in the US

Up to $180k

Seeking a Technical Account Manager to join a VC-backed ML development platform.

The role focuses on managing global accounts across various industries, aligning customer goals with the company's solutions, and driving platform adoption. Key tasks include overseeing deployment, conducting customer health checks, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks. It also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and improving internal processes to enhance customer success and efficiency.

We're seeking:

  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers/partners in data science, machine learning, or data management (big data, analytics, cloud platforms).
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio, driving product adoption or delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ML and MLOps landscape, with Python knowledge.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software deployment on customer infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills with a proven track record of process improvement and delivering business value.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and establish credibility with senior decision-makers.

You will benefit from a fully remote setup and flexible working hours, as well as travel - both for work and play. You will need to meet US-based clients as required and the company has an annual trip - the team have just got back from Greece.
