Are you passionate about driving innovation in the blockchain space? We're looking for an ambitious Chief Product Officer to lead the Product team in developing cutting-edge solutions that are revolutionizing Ethereum's consensus layer.
The business we are working with are dedicated to advancing Ethereum's security, resilience, and decentralization by developing and deploying distributed validators whilst being at the forefront of this exciting field!
The Role
As Chief Product Officer, you'll have the opportunity to shape product strategy and lead a dynamic team through this next phase of growth. You'll collaborate with the executive team to define and execute their product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy: Develop and drive the product vision and strategy to achieve growth and success. Lead our product and design organization while maintaining a high-performing culture.
- Product Leadership: Oversee the entire product suite, partnering with the CTO to define the roadmap and determine what we're building and why.
- Communication: Translate the product roadmap into board-level communication, focusing on our software products and services.
- Tooling Design: Lead the design of node operator tooling and developer experience, enabling deployment across various environments (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker).
- Solidity Products: Refine and develop Solidity products for seamless integration into existing Ethereum protocols.
- Onboarding Flows: Develop best-in-class onboarding flows for UI and programmatic creation of distributed validators.
- Product Development: Create editable distributed validator clusters, managing changes across the product suite.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse product performance and iterate on design to solve arising challenges.
- Vision Promotion: Advocate for our distributed validator vision with external clients and public-facing outlets.
- Executive Duties: Collaborate with the executive team to define growth and differentiation strategies, stay informed about competitors, and ensure product alignment with company strategy.
- Team Building: Contribute to recruiting efforts, ensuring the addition of qualified and talented team members.
Requirements:
- Deep technical background with expertise in Solidity smart contract design.
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- Protocol design and development
- REST API and SDK development
- Front-end DApp development
- Ethereum validator tech stacks
- Ethereum clients and Layer 2 solutions
- DevOps/Production-grade infrastructure management
