Application Support Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in delivering exceptional user support, coming from core banking environment where you have worked an a wide range of applications. A strong grasp of the technical intricacies of IT operations and their direct impact on business applications is essential.
The Application Support Analyst will also need to have experience of SQL, Linux and ideally flexcube but they can also consider Oracle. Familiarity within a 2nd line environment, as well as experience using service management and ticketing solutions, is highly desirable. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a familiarity with project-based work.
