Zakaria Bensissi

Zak Bensissi joined our AI & Machine Learning team in September 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for recruitment in the rapidly evolving tech industry. He graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Business Psychology, where he developed a strong understanding of the dynamics between people, performance, and organisational success. During his time at university, Zak completed a year-long placement in recruitment, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that laid the foundation for his career in talent acquisition.

Specialising in scaling AI teams across the UK and Europe, Zak has a particular expertise in recruiting for highly specialised roles such as Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Big Data. His technical knowledge in these areas, coupled with his deep understanding of the industry, allows him to provide both candidates and clients with tailored, high-quality recruitment services.

Beyond his professional life, Zak was actively involved in sports during his university years, playing as a member of both the Loughborough Muay Thai team and the 11-a-side football team.
