Izzy joined our Java & Kotlin team in September 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the role. Izzy graduated with a BSc in Geography from the University of East Anglia, a discipline that sharpened her analytical, organisational, and people-focused skills—key traits that now drive her success in matching top talent with exceptional opportunities.

Her specialisation in Java and Kotlin allows her to provide in-depth knowledge and insight to both candidates and clients. By understanding the technical nuances of these languages and the specific needs within the market, Izzy adds genuine value to the recruitment process. She is passionate about supporting candidates in their journey to finding their dream job roles and takes pride in helping clients secure the best talent for their teams.

One of Izzy’s standout qualities is her ability to build strong, lasting relationships with the people she works with. A natural people person with a drive to succeed, she approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and is dedicated to ensuring that both candidates and clients feel fully supported throughout the recruitment process.

A little-known fact about Izzy is her musical talent. She has been playing the clarinet and saxophone since the age of 10, and her passion for music has taken her to some prestigious venues, including the Royal Albert Hall.
