Frankie joined the Python recruitment team at Understanding Recruitment in September 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and eagerness to the world of recruitment. Although new to the recruitment industry, Frankie is excited to develop her skills and is passionate about supporting both candidates and clients through the hiring process.

Prior to joining Understanding Recruitment, Frankie earned a degree in English from the University of Birmingham. While studying, she managed a local café, where she honed valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and customer service – all of which she now applies to her role in recruitment.

Specialising in Python recruitment, Frankie is committed to delivering excellent communication and organisation, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates alike.

A little-known fact about Frankie: while at university, she took to the stage as a presenter for student events, including one that drew an audience of over 1,000 attendees.
